Los Portales Departamentos has been recognized with the 2024 Real Estate Sales Excellence Award in the Lima Periferias category, granted by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers of Peru (CODIP), thanks to the outstanding performance of the Gran Parque Las Flores project, located in San Juan de Lurigancho. This recognition, the first our organization has received from CODIP, is especially significant because we competed with major companies in the sector and stood out among the market's leading names. Gran Parque Las Flores has established itself as an emblematic project in East Lima thanks to its integrated proposal that combines design, accessibility, safety and quality of life, actively contributing to providing decent housing in densely populated areas. Its aspirational approach, first-class common areas, carefully designed landscaping and urban planning oriented toward well-being position it as an offering aligned with the city's new needs.
