Los Portales Departamentos held the inauguration of the first stage of the Gran Guardia Peruana project, located in the district of Chorrillos, marking an important milestone in its commitment to well-being and sustainability. This development, carried out between June 2024 and October 2025, comprises two stages totaling 170 apartments and 11 common areas, including a gym, children's room, barbecue areas and pet spaces. During the event, 71 families received the keys to their new home, beginning a new chapter in their lives. Gran Guardia Peruana stands out as the first project to implement the Ludovida concept, with play spaces created and designed to foster creativity, integration and community life. In addition, its sustainable design has been recognized with the MiVivienda Verde and EDGE Advance certifications, reflecting the company's commitment to energy efficiency, responsible construction and the creation of safe and welcoming environments.
