We see sustainability as a way of creating value that brings together the economic, the social and the environmental. This is our ESG strategy in three pillars, with the figures from our latest report.

Environmental
We measure Los Portales S.A.'s carbon footprint every year under ISO 14064 and the GHG Protocol, and we build with EDGE certification.

Pillar 03
Governance
We report our compliance with the Good Corporate Governance Code to the SMV, and in 2023 we issued Peru's first Social Housing Bond with IDB Invest.
Pillar 02
Social
Since 2012 we have turned unused public spaces into Ludoparques. And social housing is one of our five units: S/ 198.9M in 2025 accounting sales.
Each Ludoparque is run with the NGO Caritas Graciosas, a neighborhood committee and the municipality, which commits by ordinance to its upkeep. In 2025 the Salaverry park opened in Trujillo, and we launched Ludovida, which brings the play-based approach to our business units.
