Claim
You are not satisfied with a product or service you bought: a lot, a home, an apartment or a hotel stay.

Your concern is with the service you received, not the product: poor treatment, a slow reply.

Report
You witnessed conduct against the code of ethics or the law: a bribe, a conflict of interest, fraud.
