With the delivery of Gran Parque Las Flores we complete an important stage of the project and begin a new one for the families who received their apartments.
The project has 278 apartments in two stages, with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom layouts designed to respond to different needs and stages of life.
A project designed in relation to its surroundings
One of the main attributes of Gran Parque Las Flores is its location next to the park and the way its design seeks to take advantage of this relationship.
From the conception of the project, work was done to enhance the views, natural light and ventilation of the apartments, integrating the park's green areas and the interior plaza as part of residents' everyday experience.
This proposal is complemented by common areas and gathering spaces designed to promote coexistence and expand the possibilities of use beyond each apartment.
Sustainability built in from the design stage
Sustainability was also one of the pillars considered from the development of the project. Gran Parque Las Flores holds the MiVivienda Sostenible Grade 3 certification (Green Bonus) and the EDGE Advanced pre-certification, which recognize the measures implemented to improve water and energy efficiency.
Located at Jr. Las Mandrágoras and Jr. Los Amelos, in San Juan de Lurigancho, Gran Parque Las Flores reflects our commitment to developing projects where the layout of the apartments, common spaces, green areas and sustainability are part of an integrated proposal.
