The project is located in an urban area across from the Vía Evitamiento IIRSA Norte, and is equipped with basic services: water, sewage and electricity. It has 2,980 m2 of public recreation area: 3 parks and a lot of more than 600m2 for building a school.
Los Portales currently has 4 projects completed under the Techo Propio program, reaffirming its commitment to Peru to improve the city and to provide access to decent housing for more people.
