We will provide access to a first home for more than 10,000 families in multiple cities across Peru. The goal of the transaction is to offer a better quality of life through the formal purchase of urban lots, which include water and sewage services, electricity, security, green areas and public contribution areas. In addition, once the lot is paid off in the future, the families who benefit will be able to enter the banking system, since they can use their land to obtain a mortgage loan.
