MiVivienda Villa del Valle Project in Ica Receives EDGE Rating

Villa del Valle is the first EDGE-certified project in Ica, launched in February of this year and already in its construction phase. It consists of 3 stages and extends over a 3.7-hectare site, with a total of 212 housing lots. It also includes 3 parks, which together cover approximately 3,000 m² of green areas. These recreational spaces have children’s play areas, mini gyms and bicycle parking. In addition, to optimize water use, all the parks will be equipped with a technified irrigation system.
On the other hand, regarding infrastructure, Villa del Valle will have a public lighting network with LED luminaires, and all homes will be equipped with low-flow faucets and toilets, as well as efficient lighting fixtures in sinks and showers, thus promoting sustainability and resource savings.
The EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification is an international recognition that highlights our commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency in the design and construction of homes. This rating shows that Villa del Valle not only offers quality homes, but also contributes significantly to reducing environmental impact, promoting a more sustainable future for everyone.
