Laying of the first stone of Gran Jardín Ticino 2

We experienced an especially significant date for Los Portales Departamentos with the laying of the first stone of Gran Jardín Ticino 2, Stage 1, a milestone that marks the start of a project conceived to transform lives and support the dreams of more than 294 families who have trusted us to build their future.

This symbolic moment included the presence of a priest, who blessed the start of the project, each of its stages and the families who will soon make this space their home. It was an act full of meaning that reaffirms our commitment to creating not only homes, but spaces where peace of mind and well-being can flourish.

Together with our strategic partner, Esparq EOM, we started this real estate project in Santa Anita, a strategic area of Lima that stands out for its connectivity, services, green areas and surroundings designed to improve the quality of life of those who will live there.
