Arennas Mancora announces expansion and remodeling to strengthen its leadership in luxury hospitality

Arennas Máncora (operated by Los Portales Hoteles) announced the expansion and remodeling of its facilities, reaffirming its position as a benchmark for hospitality on Peru's northern coast. With an investment of US$ 3.5M, the hotel adds 14 new rooms and increases its built area from 16,000 m² to 19,0000 m², by including services such as a gym, a spa and a lodge for its guests' rest.

With these spaces, dedicated to comfort and well-being, the property raises its capacity to offer personalized luxury experiences by the sea. These works are joined by the remodeling of 10 beachfront rooms, which will receive an upgrade, as well as new guest experiences, such as pisco sour, ceviche and barbecue cooking classes.

In 2024, with 20 rooms, Arennas Máncora consolidated its prestige with a monthly occupancy that currently stands at 69%, making it one of the preferred options for travelers seeking privacy and exclusivity on the northern coast. This also allowed it to reach revenue of S/ 9.1M at the close of that year.

Now, with the expansion to 34 rooms and the addition of new wellness areas, the hotel aims to raise its monthly occupancy level and position itself as an operator that offers personalized services to luxury travelers, boosting the appeal of Máncora as a relaxation destination, in line with the goal of Los Portales Hoteles. As for revenue, it projects double-digit growth for 2025, with estimated income of S/ 11.5M; and, if this trend continues, income could reach S/ 14M by 2026.
